wonderful stay!
spacious room modern aesthetic free laundry service friendly staff
I found the room spacious. It showcased a modern aesthetic while preserving japanese charm. using the public baths after long walks was really lovely. the hotel offered free laundry service and it was perfect during my vacation. also, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
The sound insulation in the rooms wasn't perfect. I occasionally heard noise from the corridor. it didn't ruin my stay, though, and i still found the hotel to be very pleasant.

the on-site spa center features traditional onsens, offering a relaxing experience. i saw clean and spacious rooms and i loved the open-air onsen on the top floor, along with a sauna and locker rooms.

i was so glad that breakfast included a diverse buffet that offered both western and local dishes. i saw european, american, and japanese breakfast options available. there were coffees, teas, juices, and even ice cream available.

the staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient. they stored luggage before check-in and after check-out. communication was smooth and they understood basic english well, made everything easy.

This hotel has a superior location close to the train station. A convenience store is right across the street. I found regular housekeeping services performed well. The separate toilet and bath added convenience.
My room had barely a window, so I couldn't really tell what was going on outside.

The breakfast place resembled a canteen and was more functional than cozy. It felt more like a workers' lunchroom than a restaurant for tourists to enjoy breakfast. There was also a long queue to get a fried egg.

The rooms were clean and relatively large. Amenities in the rooms were plentiful. The hotel provided lounge wear daily and this was very useful. The room also included separate toilet from the bath as a bonus.

small window unhelpful staff
the room was small, i wasn't able to relax. the window was so small, there was no natural light. the staff wasn't very helpful. the language barrier made it hard to communicate any concerns.
